Hi, I’m Jenna! I’ve been playing softball since I was seven and have always loved being on the field, getting dirty, and giving my all for my team. I’m a smart, strong, and committed player who’s excited to keep growing as both an athlete and a person.
I primarily pitch and play second base but have strong fundamentals across the field and a solid understanding of game flow and rotations. I’m a quick-reacting, high-energy pitcher who fields my position well and thrives under pressure. As a freshman, I had the opportunity to lead my varsity team as the starting pitcher and was honored to earn First-Team All-League and Athlete of the Month. I received the same awards as a sophomore and was named First-Team All-State this past season. I take pride in working hard, staying coachable, and being the kind of teammate who lifts others up.
Off the field, I push myself in advanced and honors classes and was recently named Viking of the Month for my character and service to others. I also love coaching younger players and have been involved with local leagues, camps, and clinics. Helping kids grow their love for the game is one of the most rewarding things I do.
Outside of softball, I’m a proud member of the All-State Choir and CHS Jazz Choir, and I’ve performed the National Anthem at football, basketball, and volleyball games, including the 6A state playoffs. I’m also involved in musical theater and serve actively at my church in both worship and children’s ministry.
I’m looking for a college program where I’ll be pushed to reach my full potential, supported as a teammate and a person, and surrounded by others who love to work hard and compete. My biggest hope is to use my gifts to be a light to others and bring glory to God wherever I go.
