Patti Davenport, Director

Patti is an experienced educator and has served as a teacher, mentor and coach for students of all ages. She is a national presenter and speaker and has spent her career studying and sharing best practices in teaching and learning. Most recently, Patti served on faculty in the College of Education at Washington State University. She currently works with schools and districts across the country to equip teams with practical, application-based tools and strategies that teachers can use immediately to improve their craft and help more students succeed both in school and in life. Patti specializes in classroom culture, behavior management and student engagement and is especially known for her passionate, encouraging, authentic, engaging, and down to earth style of facilitation.
